Good for email campaigns

I signed up for the 30-day free trial of iContact last month to manage our small business newsletters. The drag and drop editor was easy enough to use for making emails, though some templates felt a bit generic. Their contact segmentation tools really helped target different customer groups, which was a plus. Took a few tries to get the hang of the automation features, but overall, it worked well for what I needed from an email marketing platform. Support replied quickly when I had a question about Salesforce integration.

Easy to use, good features

I used iContact for my small business's email marketing. The email templates were good, and the landing page builder was very straightforward. Got the 15% off annual plan, so it was a good deal. Simple and effective.

Hey guys, debating between iContact and Mailchimp for my small business email stuff. Anyone used both? Which one's easier for someone who's not super techy?

I've only used iContact, but found it pretty straightforward. The drag and drop editor is nice and I got my first campaign out pretty quickly. Never tried Mailchimp though, so can't compare directly.

Mailchimp has a free tier which is great for starting out, but it can get pricey fast as you grow. iContact felt a bit more tailored for small businesses from the get-go for features and pricing, especially if you snag an annual deal. I'd say iContact's interface is pretty beginner-friendly too.

Thinking of signing up for iContact, but checking prices. Is there like a discount code or something floating around? Or does that free trial just kinda lead into the regular pricing?

From what I remember, they don't really do promo codes you enter manually. It's more about like, if you pay for the whole year upfront, you get a chunk off. Or if you're a non-profit.

Yeah, pretty much what the other person said. The free trial is for you to test it out. If you go for annual billing, that's where the main discount kicks in, saves you around 15% I think. Worth it if you plan to stick around. I haven't seen any random coupon codes for it.
